Can we find a way to use the book Outliers by Malcom Gladwell in middle and high schools?

I love this book and have been trying to think of ways to use it with upper grades. I will keep you posted (no pun intended). I did meet a tenth, soon to be eleventh grader, who had read and discussed in his private school. I wonder about sixth grade and beyond for this book and the notion of ten thousand hours or the idea of practice creating the “brilliant minds” of today.
